A Vernon seniors retirement facility has been ordered sold.
According to the website realtors.ca, The Lodge at Coldstream Meadows is for sale for $3.15 million.
The website states: “Court Ordered Sale. The Lodge at Coldstream Meadows. Currently operating as a seniors retirement residence. 57 units. Occupancy in July was approximately 75 per cent. Limited amount of financial and operational information available. Beautiful rural country setting. Situated within a 23-acre mixed residential development, condos, row houses and bungalows. Showings only by appointment. Please do not disturb staff and residents.”
The Lodge website says it “offers residents a supportive living environment. Residents at the Lodge meet three times daily for meals, have access to social and recreational opportunities and have support from our resident services team.”
“Features and Amenities: 23 acres of beautiful property, 2 km of paved walking paths, heritage chapel (non-denominational), resident gardens and gazebo, animal viewing areas and green spaces, library and sunroom, courtyard with raised resident gardens, activity lounge with fireplace and TV room and access to features and amenities at The Views.”
