A major South Pandosy development project is set to get going.

No, not that one.

Southgate, a 19-condominium complex on Gore Street, has received permission from the City of Kelowna to proceed in Pandosy Village, and it is getting ready to start selling units starting at $299,900.

There will be 17 units consisting of one or two bedrooms along with two penthouse suites. The four-storey structure, which will be located behind the Southgate Centre strip mall on Pandosy Street, will also feature outdoor spaces.

The development is being built by Woman Homes.
