Penticton strip mall sold

A strip mall on the south end of Penticton has sold for $2.84 million.
The Western Investor reports the 14,000-square-foot strip mall at 2436 Skaha Lake Rd. has seven retail units on a 1.2-acre lot with commercial zoning.
The site has an assessed value of $2.56 million and was listed for $3.1 million.
The purchaser of the property was not disclosed.
