It will be a big day on Sunday in Wilden.
The Kelowna subdivision will launch its two new neighbourhoods at its spring grand opening, which will be held at Wilden Presentation Centre. It will be showcasing Lost Creek Point and Echo Ridge through showhomes, and the day will include draw prizes, refreshments and activities for the kids.
Not only that, but everyone in attendance will be entered to win an electric bike, and FreshAir Experience will have several new e-bikes available for test rides around the neighbourhood. Second prize is a locally catered dinner for six by Basket Case Picnics, and third is a guided hike through Wilden.
Lost Point Creek, which is part of the established Lost Creek neighbourhood, will feature homes between 2,000 and 3,600 square feet that will be built to an energy efficiency standard that is far ahead of the B.C. building code. There will be three home types to view at the grand opening.
Wilden prides itself on nature-inspired living, as half of the neighbourhood’s 1,500 acres is dedicated to green space and public parks.
