The region’s sports leaders will gather on Saturday in Kelowna for the 16th annual Okanagan Sport Leadership Conference.

Olympic gold medallist mogul skier Jennifer Heil will be the headline presenter at the conference, which is sponsored by PacificSport Okanagan and will be held at Parkinson Activity Centre.

This year’s theme is “Safe and Inclusive Sport Community Today for a Healthier Tomorrow,” so several mental health professionals will be presenters.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the cost of $75 includes a lunch.
