Marina employees save day

Eldorado Marina employees are being called heroes for rescuing a family after their boat started sinking.
Three young men bravely saved a mother, father, daughter and two dogs after their boat became fully submerged and sank on Saturday.
“The three rescuers who are simply Eldorado marina staff then went out in search of more boaters after the marina received multiple frantic SOS calls,” the anonymous tipster said.
Winds on Saturday were reportedly over 80 km/h at the Kelowna International Airport, causing large waves on Okanagan Lake.
The tipster said a very scary and traumatic event ended positively thanks to the men.
