Culinary Team BC is raising money for its trip to the 2020 IKA Culinary Olympics, and your taste buds could be the winners if you aid in that quest.
The team will be hosting an exclusive, seven-course, wine-paired fundraising dinner this Sunday night at Predator Ridge’s Commonage Ballroom. The cost is $149.95 per person, there are only 96 tickets available, and they can be purchased at Store.PredatorRidge.com.
Some of the items on the menu include duck, wild boar and sablefish.
There will also be a silent auction and live entertainment from Bex Troock Music. Predator Ridge is donating the banquet kitchen and ballroom, and all proceeds will go directly to the team.
The IKA Culinary Olympics will take place in Stuttgart, Germany, in February 2020.
