What is your role with that organization? Natural Microscopy Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition Coach
What’s your favourite thing about living in the Okanagan? My favourite part about living in the Okanagan is I can say I live where other people come to enjoy the best part of the country. We have everything you need or want during any of the four seasons, why would anyone want to live or vacation anywhere else?
If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would you choose and why? I would have lunch with Richard Gere. Why? Because he owns horses, so we’d have something to talk about and he’s a great actor. I would like to ask him for tips on becoming successful.
What’s your go-to happy place? Out for a ride on my five-year-old gelding, Rocky.
What are you most proud of? I’ve beaten through many road blocks and hurdles along my path. My four kids are all on their own and doing great. I’m getting a great business under my feet, continuing my education in the medical field, along with maintaining my love for equine sports and training.
What are the top three things on your bucket list? Getting back into equine competition; going to Hawaii and riding a horse through the ocean waves; reaching financial independence.
What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? I’m not one for eating too many weird foods, although, I am always looking for international changes.
Latest movie or book: Nutrition Science and Applications by Wiley.
What’s the best gift you’ve ever received? My first horse from my Dad when I was very young.
If today were your last day, how would you spend it? With my horses, in peace, quiet and tranquility.
