In just a few days, Kelowna’s Oranj Fitness will hold its annual “Largest Outdoor Yoga Class” in five cities across Canada’s west coast.

The July 16 event will see five Oranj locations from Kelowna to Grande Prairie host simultaneous outdoor yoga classes, complete with live DJs, all in support of charity.

As the music blares, Oranj’s master instructors will take participants through a 75-minute yoga class that’s designed for yogis of all skill levels.

Sheila Chutskoff, the founder and CEO of Oranj Fitness, says she can’t believe the event is entering its ninth year.

“It’s one of the most fun events our company puts on. There really is no better way to start your day than with a massive yoga class full of amazing energy,” she says. “I can’t wait to wake up this Sunday and flow to a wicked yoga class. My friends, family, and dog always come along for the festivities too. It truly is one of the most fun family events.”

The classes are open to absolutely anyone, but Chutskoff suggests leaving at least a $10 donation, which will help support initiatives of Orangj’s charity, Mats for Metta.

Between all five studios, Chutskoff anticipates approximately 2,500 students to come out.

In Kelowna, the class will be held at Stuart Park from 9-10:30 a.m. For more information, visit Oranj fitness online. www.oranjfitness.com
