Penticton’s Slumber Lodge has sold

The Slumber Lodge Motel, located at 274 Lakeshore Dr. in Penticton, has sold for $3.55M, according to Western Investor.

The 46-unit two-storey motel was built in 1960 and was assessed for $3.1M last year by BC Assessment.

The motel also announced the sale in a Facebook post in June, noting all reservations are intact.
