To help the community welcome spring and the chance to be outdoors again on their bikes, Penticton and District Society for Community Living is hosting its inaugural spring break bike and parts sale now until March 31.

Used parts are marked down 50 per cent and used bikes marked down 25 per cent at the sale benefitting the PDSCL.

“The guys have been working all winter to get the bikes ready for spring,” said executive director Tony Laing. “We have a great selection at the moment from toddlers’ bikes to adult bikes, BMX’s to mountain bikes. Our used bike prices start at $30 and with over 100 bikes in stock, there is something for everyone.”

In addition, one lucky child will walk away with a free full suspension mountain bike, a 20” Mongoose Wired, the prize in their free raffle.

The bike can be viewed and the raffle entered at 180 Industrial Ave West, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

The raffle will be drawn on Monday, April 3 at 3:30 p.m.
